This is Hema and her angel daughter Anushka

This is made out of the old picture (below) I had of theirs.

In this Anushka was small. It was taken in April this year.

This one is from the latest pics sent to me.

Anushka is called Bebo.

These sketches are made on A4 and A3 size paper with pencil.

A woman is the full circle.
Within her is the power to create, nurture, and transform.

In this painting I tried something different than what I did uptill now.
I have given her rosy cheeks and the outline of nose has been done only with shading.
I love to experiment and I did.
Thought of sharing with all of you.

It is made on 20 cms x 30 cms unbleached canvas. The sides are also painted.

This painting is of... not a complete face.. but 3/4th. I think it is visible. I loved making this one with a difference.

This is my piglet (Ishita). I call her piglet as she is a piggy as per chinese calender.
Just tried making a sketch of her as I wanted something in black n white for the bedroom.
Thought of sharing with all of you.

The world would be a nicer place for everyone, it's true,
if everybody, everywhere,
had a daughter like you.
You brighten the world around me, in a very special way.
you deserve the best that life can offer for all your endearing ways.
So may your world be beautiful and filled with happy days forever.

I will treasure this always and will show you when you become big.

My daughters inspire me in their own ways.
I see the world thru their eyes and it is indeed so beautiful.
the next would be for my elder one ..... working on it.

This is the email I had received from my sister yesterday..titled as motivation.
It actually was really motivating.
It is so funny that we know about all this already but somewhere caught up in our work
these thoughts take a back seat...
and it is really motivating when someone brings your these thoughts into light.

It is so needed to be motivated all the time
thank you so much...............

Indian bride, shy yet modern in approach.
She is a blend of......
confident women of today with traditional values passed through generations to her.
I have used both oil & acrylic paints on canvas (size 30 cms x 40 cms).
Used loose glitter powder with paints for highlighting jewellery.
I thought this would be perfect for the face of Domestic Goddess as her journey begins now....

I have been busy painting logo for what I called our Dreamz Factory.
It has been concieved by me and my sister. So right now the right inputs are required for our baby to be born in a healthy atmosphere and attitude.
It is still inside the womb of our minds and yet to take a shape.
Thank you so much Bonnie for the inspiration you gave me and I tried making this painting from one of your work.....thank you so much.

This is the dreamy side of it. So it had to be moon. It gives us a calm feeling. The feeling of satisfaction, a sense of being loved and belonging. A feeling of composed and calm mother who takes care of her family, children. A feeling of being a child with my children. A feeling of being a complete women. Thats what I felt while painting it. It just got one picture in mind - my sister.

This is Sun - the fiery side. The more aggressive side. The more demanding side. The more outspoken, more passion, a feeling to do something and achieve our dreamz. A feeling of pride in doing something creative and satisfying that urge. A burning feeling of even I can do.

This painting was actually made thinking our dreamz in mind and had to have a dreamy and fiery look so the outcome was this. Two together in and my sister.

This is for you Di....

Our love is wonderful.
The wonderful thing about our love is
that we can throw away our masks and be our real selves.........................
We can laugh away the Blues knowing that we will stand by each other no matter what.
Love you with all my heart.

You taught me Life's Basics, counselled me on friends and studies,
cooked the greatest meals. You are a wonderful sis and I lovingly wish you all the happiness your loving heart can hold now and always.

I love you and will always love u!!!
