What a woman wants?

 

I have grown up watching Ma and my Sister caring, loving, understanding, supporting and comforting everyone of us in the family. All the things they give daily, continually, without asking for anything in return. They have made me believe that if a woman is sufficiently ambitious, determined and gifted - there is practically nothing you can't do.
Everyday we are breaking more role barriers , allowing ourselves to think independently about who we are and what success means to us..... prosperity means experiencing balance in life, attaining what we want on mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial levels. Prosperity is the natural result of opening our minds to our creative imaginations and being willing to act on our ideas.
Whether eighteen or eighty - whether single, mother or gran - no matter race or creed - a common bond unites all women. They share the same hopes, fears, joys and sorrows. They understand each other's love, peace and pain. Their bond stretches around the globe nurturing it by power of their love....
I believe that one woman's success can only help another woman's success......
Hence this post is dedicated to all us women who are in their own eyes Domestic Goddess or super moms or just a woman! What more can you ask to be?

A woman is the full circle.

Within her is the power to create, nurture, and transform.

I CAN

Goal setting is the strongest force for human motivation. 

Set a goal and make it come true and always remember whether you think you can or think you can't, you are right....

I think I can!

 and took a small step towards that.

"I Can", ''I Will'' and "I'm Going to Right Away'' are not as well known as ''I Can't'' and certainly are not as strong and powerful yet. Perhaps some day, with our own help, they will make an even bigger mark on the world. 

May "I Can't" be buried and rest in peace and may everyone pick up their lives and move forward in his absence.

माँ की कोख में सुनाई दी, एक आवाज़ अनजानी सी,

पहले तो मन घबराया था, फिर माँ ने मुझे समझाया था,

कहकर की यह मेरा अपना है, और मैं भी उसका सपना हूँ,

हर दिन वह मुझसे बातें करता,  दिखलाता दुनिया के रंग,

सिखलाता प्यारी बातें और समझाता दुनिया के ढंग,

करता वह मेरा इंतज़ार, इस दुनिया में आने का,

और देता मुझको विश्वास, वह हर पल साथ निभाने का,

जब आया मैं इस दुनिया में, मुझको गले से लगाया था,

उसकी गोद में मैंने खुद को सुरक्षित ही पाया था, 

जो वादा उसने किया था कभी, हर हाल में उसे निभाया है,

हर पल रख्खा है मेरा ख्याल, माँ का भी साथ निभाया है,

माँ सिखलाती है मैं क्या हूँ, वह सिखलाता क्या बनना है,

माँ के साथ वह भी चाहे बनाना मुझे एक बेहतर इंसान,

कभी मेरी शरारत पर डांटे, फिर खुद ही आके मनाता है,

ऊपर से दिखता है सख्त, अन्दर से बिलकुल मुलायम है,

जैसे जैसे मैं हुआ बड़ा, वह दोस्त मेरा बनता गया, 

सही गलत की वह पहचान इस तरह मुझे कराता गया,

परिवार को एक माला की तरह जैसे वह धागे में पिरोये रख्खे,  

वैसे ही सिखाये मुझे उड़ना, आसमान की ऊंचाईयों को छूना,

सब कहते हैं उसे आदमी आम, पर मेरे लिए वह तो है ख़ास,

अब बन चुकी है मेरी पहचान, वह एक अनजानी सी आवाज़,

मिलना चाहोगे उससे तुम, जो मेरे दिल में है रहता,

वह और नहीं है कोई दोस्तों, वह ही तो है मेरा पिता.

Start With Yourself

The following words were written on the tomb of an Angelic Bishop....

When I was young and free and my imagination had no limits, I dreamed of changing the world.  As I grew older and wiser, I discovered the world would not change, so I shortened my sights somewhat and decided to change only my country. 

But it, too, seemed immovable.

As I grew into my twilight years, in one last desperate attempt, I settled for changing only my family, those closest to me, but alas, they would have none of it.

And now as I lie on my deathbed, I suddenly realize: If I had only changed my self first, then by example I would have changed my family.

From their inspiration and encouragement, I would have been able to better my country and, who knows, I may have even changed the world. 

JEEVANSAATHI (LIFE PARTNER)

जैसे गाडी के दो पहिये, जैसे दो हंसो के जोड़े,  
वैसे ही दिया और बाती भी कहलाते हैं सच्चे साथी,

गर साथ हो सच्चा साथी तो कोई मुश्किल न टिक पाए,
चाहे कितनी भी बड़ी हो मुश्किल चुटकी में वो सुलझाये,


जैसे सही काम करने के लिए साथी तुमको प्रोत्साहन दे,

वैसे ही गलती की माफ़ी, गलती होने से पहले ही दे,

बिना तुम्हारे कहे ही समझे हर उन अनकही बातों को,
और सवालों से ही पहले सामने रख्खे जवाबों को,


माने तुमको पूरी दुनिया, और तुमसे ही हर रिश्तों को,

और करे विश्वास तुमपर करके अपनी बंद आखों को,


जिस दिशा में तुम जाओ वो चलदे बिना कोई सवाल किये,
कभी गलत जो मोड़ आये तो सही दिशा वो दिखलाये,


दुनिया दे सकती है तुमको कई वजह गलतियाँ करने की,
तो साथी हज़ार वजह देता है गलतियों को सुधारनें की,


कभी दूर भी हो जाओ तुम साथ चलते हुए इन राहों पर,
इस बात का रखना तुम विश्वास मिलेगा वो तुम्हे मंजिल पर,


सच्चा साथी चाहे हर दम न बोले प्यार की भाषा को,
लेकिन वो ही है सच्चा साथी जो दिखलाये आइना तुमको,
